For all of the yogis who set aside an hour every Monday to turn on your computers, tablets, and phones to take my class for the past year, I want you to know that we are back in business. Beginning on September 13th, you will be able to take class on Zoom with me on Monday nights from 5:30pm until 6:30pm. Get ready to roll out your mats and put on your comfy clothes o take class from the comfort of your own homes again!
Description - Each class is geared to help you to relax and de-stress, warm up properly, stretch and strengthen your body, and improve your balance. Modifications are always provided. I will frequently use props to modify. I always encourage everyone to move at their own pace. ******Students are welcome to turn off their cameras if they don't wish to be seen and don't want corrections or modifications.
Level- My classes are for all levels. Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced students will all find something to keep them moving forward in their practice. (When we are working on certain poses, advanced options will be given for those who would like a challenge.)
Optional Props- Yoga blocks, yoga strap, yoga wheel, yoga blanket, bolster, chair, wall
