Fridays: Yoga Strengthen & Stretch at 6:30pm - 7:30pm

 

Mondays: Yoga Stretch, Flow & Restore at 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Wednesdays: Vinyasa Flow at 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Class Descriptions

Yoga Stretch, Flow & Restore 

This class is a great way to wind down at the end of the night. Students will stretch out tired, tight muscles, warm up their bodies with a short flow and then end class with restorative poses. Students are encouraged to use props to modify poses.  

Yoga Strengthen and Stretch

This is a great class to come to if you're looking to increase your strength and flexibility. We will work on building a strong foundation so that you can get into more challenging poses (inversions, arm balances, splits, side plank variations, etc) safely. Modifications are provided for all poses. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and to use props.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This evening class is the perfect way to practice self-care.  Class starts with centering and warm-ups and builds up to a mini flow.  Modifications are given for poses.

Instructions

All virtual classes are taught live using Zoom.  In order to participate in these classes, you must follow these steps.

1. Send an email to yogawithjanine@aol.com 

2. You'll receive an email response with instructions for Payment for the class.  You will have the option to use PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.  Once you have paid for the class, the Zoom link and password will be sent to you.

3. If you are paying monthly, tuition must be paid at the beginning of the month.  Tuition is non-refundable.
